  • Day 1: Private transport and VIP service from the airport to their hotel. Check in to their 1-bedroom suite with balcony and kitchen, so that they ensure they can make the right food for their food sensitive child. Location is right on the beach and within their budget.
  • Day 2: Start off the day with a private cabana at the pool for relaxation and quiet. End the day with a dinner on the beach.
  • Day 4: Private massage for Mom, with a private cabana on the beach for Dad and the kids.
  • Day 5: Photoshoot for the family before a New Year’s Eve dinner before the fireworks start, to avoid any noise sensitivities.

Sample Itinerary

  • Days 2 and 3: Explore Cape Town with an adapted vehicle. Ride the cable car to the top of Table Mountain, take the ferry to Robben Island, soak up the atmosphere at the V&A Waterfront, enroll in a cookery course in Cape Malay cuisine, take a township tour or drive the Peninsula circuit.
  • Days 4 and 5: Head to Hermanus for a 2 night stay at a fully accessible luxury retreat perched high on the Hermanus cliffs. Hermanus has the status of being the best land-based whale watching destination in the world.
  • Days 6 and 7: Drive the Garden Route to Plettenberg Bay, which has stunning beaches and is a resort town with a relaxed atmosphere. Here, boat trips to see dolphins and whales operate in season, and sea kayaking, horse riding, sailing trips and surfing are on offer.
  • Days 8 and 9: Move on to the chosen game reserve for a 2 night stay in a luxury accessible tent on a full board basis, including local brand drinks and two safari activities daily. You will be assigned a personal game ranger to a maximum group of 6, who will design your daily program with you.

  • Day 1 and 2– Arrive in Barcelona. Take a full day Barcelona Tour in an adapted vehicle and then at night, attend the Flamenco Show at Tablao del Carmen
  • Day 3 – Embark on Italian Riviera & France Cruise
  • During Cruise: Private accessible tours of Marseilles, Nice, Florence, Sicily, Naples.
  • Day 12 – Disembark at Rome, and transfer to the hotel in an adapted vehicle. At, 2:00 PM, join the private Colosseum and Imperial Palaces Tour. Eat dinner on the balcony at Mirabelle.
  • Day 13 – wake up early at 7:45 AM to take the private Vatican Museum and Sistine Chapel Tour. After an afternoon rest, take a golf cart evening tour of Rome.
  • Day 14: Transfer from Rome to Venice via train and check into lodging in Venice.
  • Day 15: In the morning, take the Accessible Highlights of Venice Walking Tour. In the evening, take a boat directly from your hotel to see the sunset over the canals before heading to a wonderful dinner with a view.
  • Day 16: Take a private full day Accessible Tour of Murano and Burano with a final dinner overlooking the Grand Canal.
